Every vehicle must be registered to be covered by compulsory third-party (CTP) insurance, which provides coverage for personal injuries in case of an accident. Unregistered vehicles attract on-the-spot fines of $1007 for driving uninsured and unregistered, plus four demerit points. If the matter goes to court, fines can increase up to $2200 for driving unregistered and $5500 for driving uninsured.

What is an E-Safety Check?

An E-Safety Check, also known as a Pink Slip, is a safety inspection report required for the renewal of your vehicle's registration in NSW. Once your vehicle passes this inspection at our Authorised E-Safety Check Inspection Centre, an electronic Pink Slip is sent to the RTA. This allows you to renew your registration online or by phone within 30 minutes of leaving our garage.
