Absolutely not. We perform Log Book Servicing strictly according to the manufacturer’s specifications. We use the correct parts and fluids, which ensures your vehicle receives the proper care while fully maintaining your new car warranty. You can trust our certified technicians to provide dealer level service without compromising your coverage.

What is your experience with European cars?

Our team consists of highly skilled technicians with a deep understanding of European engineering. We boast over 50 years of combined experience working specifically with marques including Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Audi. We also utilise state of the art diagnostic equipment to handle the unique complexities of these advanced vehicles.

Do you use genuine or OEM parts for repairs and servicing?

Yes. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and performance of your vehicle. We use either Genuine parts supplied by the manufacturer or equivalent Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. We also use approved oils and fluids, ensuring every component meets the factory’s quality and design standards.

How often should I have my European car serviced?

The most important step is to always follow the Log Book service schedule provided by your vehicle’s manufacturer. This schedule is based on a specific time period (for example, every 12 months) or distance travelled (for example, every 15,000 kilometres), whichever comes first. Strictly adhering to this schedule is essential to maintain your warranty, peak performance, and safety.
