We have been going to Josh and his team for over 10 years, and we have always been looked after with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The work is fairly priced and of high quality. They have kept our Audi in great nick and even humour us when we bring in a Citroen that has seen much better days. Could not recommend Edgecliff Auto more highly.

After sending my year make and model these guys still have no clue what gearbox I have in my car. For sure won’t have my gearbox serviced there. What a joke.

Disappointing experience. Spoke to the owner and agreed a $200 fee to assess the car. Called back two weeks later to book in the works. An exceptionally rude person answered the phone and told me the owner was on holiday and there was no record of my car. He reluctantly offered to check it again for a further $200 if I bought it back in. Went elsewhere.

I would recommend staying far away. Guy in charge is friendly, however, quoted 3 times the price to fix a problem compared to other quotes I got after. He also still charged me $200 for a simple assessment that would've taken him a few minutes only. Unless you like getting ripped off, go elsewhere.

Josh is super professional and so are his team. I am not sure they are the cheapest but they are the best value, especially when compared to dealer servicing. Josh is super helpful with any small problems that crop up in between services too, no matter how busy they are. Highly recommended. Also Josh, Robin and the team recently went above and beyond to help me with a broken down car on the other side of Sydney. Thanks so much guys! You really saved me!
